About Beipos Eye Drop

BEPOTASTINE belongs to the class of medications called ‘antihistamines’ used to treat allergic conjunctivitis (pink/itchy eyes), allergic rhinitis (hay fever), and urticaria. An allergy is an immune system response to foreign elements typically not harmful to your body. These foreign elements are known as ‘allergens.’ Allergic condition varies from person to person. Some might be allergic to certain foods and seasonal allergies like hay fever. At the same time, others might be allergic to pollen or pet dander.

BEPOTASTINE contains ‘Bepotastine’ which acts as an antihistamine. It blocks the action of histamines (chemicals causing allergic symptoms) and reduces the allergic reaction. Directions for Use

BEPOTASTINE is available in two dosage forms: tablet and eye drop. Tablet: The doctor determines the dose and duration of the medicine. Swallow the medicines as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it. You can take medicine with or without food. Take the medication at a fixed time every day for better results. Eye drops: Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid downwards and outwards. Gently squeeze the dropper and put the eye drops inside the eye/eyes. Blink a few times to spread the medication inside your eye.

Avoid consuming alcohol along with BEPOTASTINE as it could lead to increased dizziness and sleepiness.
